To help us solve your issue in one reply, please include:
- Your company name and whether you are in the client portal or the contractor portal
- The page you were on and what you expected to happen
- A screenshot of any error message
- For invitation problems, the invitation link you received (it is safe to share with us)
Never email passwords or sign-in codes. We will never ask for them. If someone claiming to be VERICONA asks for your password, forward the message to support and delete it.

What does VERICONA cost?
We are finalizing pricing plans and who pays depends on the country. Book a demo and we will walk you through what is available and what it would look like for your organization.
Do contractors pay?
It depends on the country. In some countries the client pays for the service and contractors use it at no charge. In others the contractor pays. We will confirm what applies to you and your contractors during your demo.
